Contact support

Email kmishukov.dev@gmail.com. To help diagnose an issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Cardr version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send business card photos or personal contact details unless they are necessary to explain the problem.

Which devices support Cardr?

Cardr requires iOS 26 and an iPhone with the A17 Pro chip or later, starting with iPhone 15 Pro. The on-device card recognition features depend on Apple Intelligence support.

A card is not scanning correctly

Place the card on a flat, contrasting surface with even lighting. Keep the full card inside the camera frame and avoid glare, shadows or motion. Cardr lets you review and correct every recognized field before saving.

Camera or Contacts access is unavailable

Open iPhone Settings and check that Cardr has permission to use the Camera and Contacts. Camera access is needed to capture a card. Contacts access is used only when you confirm that a scanned card should be saved as a contact.

How do I export my scans?

Open your scan history in Cardr and choose an export option. You can export an individual scan or your history as CSV or vCard for use in spreadsheets, CRM workflows or other contacts apps.

Purchase or billing help

Cardr offers unlimited scanning as a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. For App Store billing, receipt or refund questions, visit Apple's Report a Problem. Cardr never receives or stores your payment details.

Where is my scan data stored?

Card recognition and scan history stay on your iPhone. Cardr has no accounts, analytics, advertising or cloud upload. Read the complete Cardr Privacy Policy.
